2. No Refunds on Subscriptions
All payments made to Viapedia (TINYWALLET) for subscription plans, top-ups, or add-on services are final and non-refundable.We do not offer refunds for "change of mind."
We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
Once a transaction is processed and the service is activated, the sale is considered complete.
3. Free Trial & Evaluation
We strongly recommend that all customers utilize our Free Trial or Demo version before purchasing a paid subscription. This allows you to evaluate whether Viapedia meets your business requirements prior to making a financial commitment.4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:You will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
